The purpose of this meeting is to bring community members, stakeholders, and advocates together to discuss one or more policy topics that has or may be selected by the Rural Regional Behavioral Health Policy Board (Rural RBHPB) for their bill draft request in an open forum. It is hoped additional insight can be garnered from stakeholders regarding the potential successes, challenges, or unintended consequences that may come from any legislative topic which the Board is considering pursuing for the 84th (2027) session of the Nevada Legislature.
This meeting is open to any individuals who may be interested in participating; please feel free to forward.
The meeting is hosted by the Rural Regional Behavioral Health Coordinator, and is not a meeting of the Rural RBHPB. Information gathered from this policy workshop will be delivered to the Rural RBHPB during its next meeting, currently scheduled for August 4, 2026.
